I began my building business in Oklahoma City in 1964 where I built single family homes, strip shopping centers and several apartment projects. In 1967 I moved to Houston where I built numerous apartment projects.  I also developed and built The Compound Townhomes, Winsome Place Townhomes, Northwest Landing Townhomes and several hundred single family homes ranging in price up to $1,500,000. Since arriving on South Padre Island in 1996 I have built and sold Surf Dancer Condominiums, Surf Dancer II Condominiums, Wind Dancer Condominiums, Sea Dancer Condominiums, Bay Dancer Condominiums,  Sun Dancer Condominiums, Sand Dancer Condominiums, Moon Dancer Condominiums, and Star Dancer Condominiums.  Our newest project, Rain Dancer Condominiums is scheduled for completion in late 2005.  Take a look at Previous Projects to see my Island developments that have become benchmarks for affordable condominiums on the island.  When visiting the island for vacation or visiting the island looking for property to purchase, we have A Great New Place to Stay, Dancer Condominium Rentals.
